General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply both to all non-binding reservation inquiries and to binding online bookings.
Our cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival in summer.
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival in winter.
Free cancellation up to the day of arrival in the event of border closure or entry ban to Brixental, as well as when our apartments are officially closed.
Free cancellation or rebooking in the event of a travel warning from the responsible ministry for the holiday destination.
Money-back guarantee in case of free cancellation — minus 3% credit card fee when paying online.
Subsequent cancellations or no-shows will be charged with the total amount.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Down payment conditions:
30% of the total price. The remaining amount up to 30 days before arrival via bank transfer or credit card (Visa & Mastercard).

Valid for deposits made by credit card:
In case of cancellation of the booking and repayment of your deposit, 3 % of fees charged by the credit card companies will be deducted.

Reservation request and booking:
Every reservation request and booking is passed on to Hubertus Apartments as an explanation on your behalf. Reservation inquiries will be sent to the Hubertus Apartments without obligation via e-mail and will be answered directly to you by them at short notice with an offer or specific information requested by you. In contrast, bookings of individual services & package offers via the website are mandatory. When booking, an accommodation or travel service contract is concluded at the click of a mouse; in particular, the respective cancellation deadlines and conditions specified must be observed.
Accommodation or travel service contract and payment:
The accommodation or travel service contract is concluded directly between you and Hubertus Apartments during a booking. Please note that we will check your credit card once we have received your booking. All claims and obligations arising from the accommodation or travel service contract exist directly and exclusively between the booker and Hubertus Apartments.
Apartment/travel information:
The apartment classification according to stars provides a non-binding indication of the apartment standard, taking into account the self-assessment of the Hubertus Apartments. All additional apartment and travel information and descriptions are also based on Hubertus Apartments' own information.
Contractually agreed prices:
All prices shown in the reservation system are current daily prices or special rates (which can change at any time), and apply to all bookings made via the website. Bookings are made at the best, most current Hubertus daily rate, which is delivered for the selected travel date and displayed on behalf of the house. The last-minute, seasonal, weekend or special promotional prices available at Hubertus Apartments are automatically taken into account when booking.
Miscellaneous:
All information has been compiled with great care. However, no liability can be assumed for any errors in data collection or data transmission. The transfer of data to other data carriers, even in extracts, or the use for purposes other than those provided for here is only permitted with the express permission of Residenz Hubertus.
Applicable law:
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Kitzbühel, Austria.
There is no 14-day right of withdrawal for classic tourist services, such as accommodation or food.

The Hubertus Apartments would like to strengthen your confidence in the online reservation of individual services & package deals. That is why we provide you with comprehensive information here

Anonymous use of the reservation service:
As a rule, you can call up our reservation service without providing any information about yourself, i.e. anonymous use is possible. For example, you can find out about the offer without having to sign up.
registration:
If you want to act as a reservation or booking customer or as an apartment or travel provider at Hubertus Apartments, we need personal data from you, such as your name and address, to process the transactions. You will be expressly informed of this data collection as part of your registration. This mandatory data, the scope of which can be found in the registration form, is required and processed to structure the contractual relationship. In addition, you will regularly receive the Hubertus newsletter based on this mandatory data. You can unsubscribe at any time. It is not absolutely necessary to provide data marked as voluntary for registration. If you have provided information voluntarily, it will be analysed anonymously for statistical purposes.
Right to information:
As a registered user, we will of course provide you with information at any time, free of charge, about what data we have collected from you. If you are interested, please contact info@hubertus-brixen.at.
Deletion:
On request, we will delete your data completely and immediately. To do so, please also contact mail@hubertusapartments.at. Please note that data can only be deleted after all open transactions have been completed. On request, we will be happy to inform you that the deletion has taken place.
